Morning and evening. A simple, gentle practice that takes less than 20 minutes. That I’ve been doing — and refining — for years.
I’ve built it into an app.

My evening routine is just three things. And I do My evening routine is just three things.
And I do them every single night.
First — my journal. Not to be productive. Not to plan tomorrow. Just to empty out whatever the day left in me. Honestly. Without making it pretty.
Because what we keep inside tends to grow.
And what we release — we can finally let go of.
Then — three things I’m grateful for. Real things. Small things from this specific day.
And then — I get into bed, light off, and press play on my body scan audio.
I almost always fall asleep before it’s finished.
That is the point.
My nervous system settles. The day dissolves. I fall asleep the same way I woke up — present, honest, at home in myself.
This is the True Self Method. Morning and evening. And I’m building it into an app.

My morning routine starts before I even get out of My morning routine starts before I even get out of bed.
Before my feet touch the floor — I do a body scan.
Still warm. Still quiet. Just arriving in my body and asking one question:
How do I actually feel right now?
Then I get up. And from my bedroom to my bathroom — I’m grateful. For the floor. The light. The fact that I have this day.
A glass of water. Then tapping — EFT tapping that quiets my nervous system in a way nothing else does.
And then the shower. Where I imagine the water washing away everything that isn’t mine. And I say my affirmations out loud, under the water, until I mean them.
That’s my morning. It takes less than 20 minutes.
And it changed everything.
I’ve been building this routine into an app — with guided audios, videos, and daily check-ins — and it’s almost ready.
