She tried everything. Then she learned to trust herself.
This is the story of how the True Self Method was born.
And why it’s different from everything else you’ve tried.
Dear Soul,
I know what it feels like to do everything right — and still feel completely wrong.
To read the books. Attend the seminars. Follow the experts. Invest the money. And still wake up feeling like a stranger in your own life.
Like you’re performing a version of yourself that everyone else seems happy with. Everyone except you.
I spent years there. Searching outside myself for the thing that would finally make me feel like me.
I didn’t find it out there.
I found it when I stopped looking — and started listening.
That’s what Gigi is here to help you do.

How I Got Here
For a long time, I was a high-achieving woman who looked fine from the outside. Successful. Put-together. Moving forward.
But inside, I was quietly unravelling.
I was in a marriage that was slowly erasing me. Not all at once — that’s never how it happens. Piece by piece, year by year, until one day I looked in the mirror and couldn’t quite find myself anymore.
When I finally got out, I thought the hard part was over.
It wasn’t.
What followed was years of rebuilding — while being stalked, threatened, and forced to go off-grid to keep myself safe. I had to disappear to survive. And in that disappearing, I had to ask myself a question I’d never really answered:
Who am I, when no one is watching?
When no one is telling me who to be?
I went looking for answers in all the wrong places
I did what most of us do. I found experts. Mentors. Coaches. Gurus.
I invested heavily — in time, money, and trust.
And for a while, it helped. Or I thought it did.
Then came the Covid lockdowns.
Suddenly, with nowhere to go and no distractions to hide behind, I started paying closer attention to the people I’d been following. And what I saw shook me.
Some of my most trusted mentors — people I had given real authority over my thinking — began posting about famous people being reptiles. Drinking baby blood. Elaborate conspiracy theories delivered with the same confident voice they’d used to teach me about mindset and manifestation.
I sat with that for a long time.
If I couldn’t trust their judgment there — could I trust any of it? How much of what I believed about myself had I borrowed from people who were, it turned out, not quite who I thought?
That question changed everything.
The morning I started listening to myself
I made a decision. A quiet one, alone in my kitchen.
I would stop outsourcing my inner life.
Every morning, I started asking myself two simple questions:
- How do I actually feel right now?
- What do I actually know to be true?
Not what I’d been told. Not what I should feel. Not the optimistic affirmation I was supposed to believe.
Just — what’s real. Right now. In this body.

It sounds almost embarrassingly simple. But for someone who had spent decades listening to everyone except herself, it was revolutionary.
Slowly — very slowly — I started finding my way back. Not to who I used to be. To who I actually was, underneath all of it.
The practices that worked, I kept. The ones that didn’t, I dropped — regardless of who had recommended them. I tested everything against my own body, my own nervous system, my own truth.
What emerged from that process became the True Self Method.
And then the Become Your True Self 5-Day Program.
Why This Work Matters

I believe the world becomes a better place when women feel genuinely good about themselves.
Not performed good. Not “I should be grateful” good.
Actually, quietly, solidly good — from the inside out.
When a woman stops performing and starts living, everything changes. Her relationships. Her choices. The energy she brings into a room. The permission she unconsciously gives other women to do the same.
That’s why I created Gigi — to be the guide I wish I’d had. The voice that says: you don’t need fixing. You need finding.
One woman at a time, that’s what we’re doing here.
